Posting every day isn't a strategy. The businesses that get real customers from social media in Dubai do a few things consistently well. Here is what we see working.
Choose the right platforms
You don't need to be everywhere. Instagram suits most consumer brands, restaurants, beauty and real estate. TikTok works for brands that can show personality and products in action. Facebook still reaches older and wider audiences, and LinkedIn is the place for B2B and professional services. Pick two and do them properly.
Content that works
- Short videos showing your product, service or team in real situations
- Before and after results, with permission from your customers
- Answers to common questions your sales team hears every day
- Offers with a clear deadline, not permanent discounts
- Real customers and real staff rather than stock photos
Paid ads do the heavy lifting
Organic reach is limited. Even a modest monthly ad budget, well targeted by area, interests and language, will usually reach more of the right people than months of organic posting. Send ads to WhatsApp or a fast landing page, not your home page.
Speed of reply wins sales
Many leads are lost simply because nobody answered the DM for hours. Set up quick replies, automatic greetings and clear working hours, and make sure someone owns the inbox.
Measure the right numbers
Followers and likes are nice, but track enquiries, cost per lead and sales. Review them every month and move budget to what works.
