"How much for a website?" is the first question almost every business owner asks us. The honest answer is that it depends, but it depends on a handful of clear things, and once you know them you can compare quotes properly.
What decides the price
- Number of pages and templates. A one-page landing page is a very different job from a 20-page corporate site with service pages, a blog and case studies.
- Features. Online booking, payments, multi-language (English and Arabic), member logins and integrations with your CRM or WhatsApp all add development time.
- Design. A custom design built around your brand takes longer than adjusting a ready-made theme, but it is also what makes you look different from competitors.
- Content. If you already have text and photos, the project moves faster. If you need copywriting, photography or video, budget for it.
- Ongoing care. Hosting, security updates, backups and small edits are a monthly cost, not a one-off.
Typical project types
- Landing page for a campaign or a single service, usually ready in 1 to 2 weeks.
- Business website with 5 to 15 pages, usually 3 to 6 weeks.
- E-commerce or booking website, usually 6 to 12 weeks depending on products and payment setup.
- Custom web app or portal, priced after a proper scoping session.
What every quote should include
Whoever you hire, make sure the price covers these basics. Without them, a cheap website quickly becomes an expensive one.
- A mobile-friendly, fast-loading design
- SEO foundations: page titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs, a sitemap and schema markup
- Google Analytics and Search Console set up in your name
- Contact forms and WhatsApp buttons that actually reach you
- Training so your team can update content
- Clear ownership: the domain, hosting account and code should belong to you
Questions to ask before you sign
Ask who owns the website when the project ends, how many revision rounds are included, what happens after launch, and whether the price is fixed. A good agency will answer all four without hesitation.
How we price at Sinopiq
We don't send a random number from a price list. We start with a free 30-minute call, understand what the website needs to do for your business, then send a fixed quote in AED with the timeline and everything that's included. No hidden extras.
If you're planning a new website or a redesign, book a free call or see how we approach web development.
