1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the sinopiq.com website or hire Sinopiq for any of our services: UI/UX design, branding, digital marketing, creatives, motion graphics, web development, AI automation, WhatsApp marketing and video production.

By using the website or approving a proposal from us, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or contract says something different, the proposal or contract wins for that project.

2. Proposals and quotes

Before we start, we send you a proposal with the scope, timeline and price. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the proposal says otherwise.

Work begins once you approve the proposal in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine) and pay any agreed deposit.

3. Payments

Unless your proposal says otherwise, we ask for 50% upfront and the balance on completion, before final files are handed over or the website goes live.

Monthly services such as marketing, social media and maintenance are billed in advance each month. Invoices are due within 7 days. Prices are in UAE dirhams and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.

4. Your part of the project

Good work needs good input. To keep things on schedule, we ask you to:

• send content, logos, photos and access details when we need them
• give feedback within the agreed time
• make sure you have the right to use anything you send us
• name one person who can approve work on your side

5. Revisions and changes

Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Extra rounds, or changes to the agreed scope, are quoted separately before we do them.

If a project is paused by the client for more than 30 days, we may need to reschedule it and update the timeline.

6. Ownership of the work

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final designs, videos, content and code we created for you.

Third-party items such as fonts, stock images, music, plugins and software licences stay under their own licence terms. Our working files and internal tools remain ours unless agreed otherwise.

We may show the finished work in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Third-party platforms

Some services run on platforms we don't control, like Meta, Google, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, hosting providers and app stores. Their rules, fees and approvals apply, and we can't be responsible for their decisions, outages or policy changes.

Advertising budgets are paid to the platforms and are separate from our fees.

8. Results

We work hard to get you results, but marketing, search rankings and ad performance depend on many things outside our control. We don't guarantee specific numbers, such as sales, leads or rankings, unless they are written into your contract.

9. Cancelling a project

Either side can end a project with written notice. You pay for the work done up to that point, and any deposit covers work already started. Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

10. Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption.

11. Using this website

The content on this website is for general information. Please don't copy our designs, text or images without permission. We may update the website and these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will go to the courts of Dubai.
